We advise that you read through this document, which describes the type of information we may collect when you are using our website and app (we call this collectively our “Services”) as well as the way we collect, use, store, encrypt and disclose that information.

1. What information do we collect?
To provide you our Services in the best possible way, we collect both information provided to us by you, and information gathered through the use of the Services. We may collect information that may make you personally identified, such as, but not limited to, name, email address, location, social media account(s), equipment, IP address, Service navigation, profile picture and usage details.
Signing in with a third-party, such as Facebook
By using a third-party sign-om such as Facebook, you may optionally grant information stored by the third-party, in which case we will access and save whatever information the third-party makes available at the time of sign-in and later.
All preferences you set during your use of our Services are saved, such as language, time zone, menu filtering and all other settings available. Some settings may be automatically adjusted based on how you use our services and where you are located.
Content and communication
All interaction with our Services that provide new content, such as reviews, likes, favorites, photographs, search history, notifications, and order history. Communications with us or third-parties, including promotions, newsletters, customer service and push notifications.
By submitting your credit or debit card account information through any of Weytr’s services, you consent to the sharing of your information with third-party payment processors.
Weytr will not pass any debit/credit card details to any third parties except for the payment gateway. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
Please take note that as with all digital services, no security measures are impenetrable and we cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that no information will be accessed by unauthorized persons. Weytr takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, Weytr cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online. By using our Services you accept this risk.
What is it used for?
The information we collect is used to make our Services as easy to use, efficient and personal as we can. This includes a variety of different purposes, that include, but are not limited to: signing in for the first time, signing in, staying signed in, completing purchases, finding nearby venues, displaying order history, making refunds, responding to customer service queries, responding to legal obligations, billing/collection, personalizing menus, tailored marketing, saving your settings,
Automatically collected information
Even if and when you are not logged in, we may collect information about your use of our Services.
Details of your location may be collected, including but not limited to your device’s GPS, Internet connection and mobile network information. You may withdraw your consent to collecting GPS information by disabling the GPS on your device, but this may harm or disable your user experience with Weytr.
Information about the device you use to access our Services, including internet connection, device model and manufacturer, IP address, operating system, installed software, unique device identifier, phone number, browser type and screen resolution.
Information stored on the device
We may access information stored on the device or connected devices such as memory cards. This includes contacts, photographs, audio and video clips and social media information.
Use of other tracking technologies
We may use web beacons, or pixel tags to track things like surfing habits and page popularity, and to access cookies. These help us determine if and when a page was loaded and create statistics that let us create better Services. Pixel tags may also be included in communication such as e-mail messages. These tracking technologies may sometimes be provided by third-parties, and may also provide information about your history using other websites and services. We may combine that information with the information we collect.

Information from Third-Parties
Payment processing and card information
Weytr also collects the necessary information to communicate with payment processors. We do not store card numbers, expiry date and cvv. When you save a card or make a charge in the Weytr app, we communicate with the payment processor through a unique token connected with your account and each charge. By using this token, we ensure that your card information can never be accessed by any party except the payment processor. Weytr and its employees do not at any have access to your card information, not even as you type in and save the details.
When you display your saved list of cards, we may fetch some information from the payment provider. This includes, but is not limited to, the last four digits of your payment card, and what kind of card it is (Visa, Mastercard or other), when the card was saved, and when the card was last used in our Services. This information may also be shared with venues.
2. What information do we share?
Information shared with venues
Personal information available to venues
When you use our services, we make some information available to the venue in which you are making a purchase or order, in the same way that you would if you made the order in person. The venue will see what you have ordered, at what time, your email, your name, your order history, payment status and history. Other information related to your order or to improve your experience at the venue and in the app may be made available to the venue as well.
Anonymous information available to venues
Venues are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we share it with them.
Information we share with other third-parties
Service providers and contractors
We may share information with third-parties that serve a variety of purposes, such as analytics, push notifications, email communication, chat channels, customer service, phone systems, payment processors and other services. We may also share information with contractors for different purposes, such as surveys, research, marketing, consultancy and other purposes. We will only share information needed to fulfil the services needed, and third-parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep the information confidential and only use it for the purpose for which we shared it.
Information we share with subsidiaries and affiliates
We may share information without limit to subsidiaries and affiliates of the mother company Amlie Solutions. Subsidiaries and affiliates are defined as entities that are under the control and/or ownership of Amlie Solutions.
Information we share with your consent
We may share any information to any third-party in any circumstance when we have your consent.
Information shared to enforce our rights
We may share information with third-parties and governmental agencies to enforce our rights, such as billing and collection. We only share the information needed to fulfil the purpose.
Anonymized, aggregated and de-personlized information
Advertising and analytics
We may also use services that collect information for communication and advertising purposes, such as Google AdWords and Facebook. We use this information to communicate with users, to display relevant advertising and to market our Services in different channels
We reserve the right to use the information you volunteer when suggesting venues to the Weytr service in marketing, sales and other initiatives. We anonymize and aggregate your information so that no personally identifiable information is made public or shared.
Feature ideas, bug reports and feedback
We reserve the right to use any information you volunteer through any channel related to ideas on how to improve our Services, new feature requests/ideas and bug reports without limitation, without giving credit and without in any way rewarding the person or entity that provides the information. We will not identify you in any public way.
Any information volunteered to us in any channel when applying for a position with our company or any subsidiary, will be used to consider your application. When an application or query regarding a position is sent, we or a third-party working for us may also use publicly available data such as social media, newspapers, blogs and forums to gather information on you as a candidate, which may affect the outcome of the process. Information volunteered and gathered may be shared with third-parties for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications. We reserve the right to retain that information in our database, or that of a third-party, for any period of time.
3. What you can do to prevent disclosing your information
There are different steps you can take to limit the amount of information that you share. By editing your browser settings, you may refuse some or all cookies. You can also use browser extensions to block third-parties tracking you. While we support your right to do so, it may limit or disable the use of our Services.
Do Not Track
While Weytr supports the Do Not Track initiative and believe in freedom of choice in how your information is collected, we do not currently recognize or respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers. The reason for this is that the Do Not Track standards and implementation are still in development. We may, but are not obligated to, adhere to this or similar standards in the future.
Correcting your personal information

Deleting personal information
If you wish to delete your Weytr account and the data associated with it, please get in touch with our customer support.
Limitations on editing and deleting personal information
We reserve the right to limit your right to review, edit and delete your personal information. For legal and accounting purposes, we may need to store some information even after such as request. We will only keep the information necessary for these purposes and will anonymize information that does not need to be personally identifiable. We may also limit your right if another person, persons, or entity may have their rights encroached upon, if the information is related to any existing or anticipated legal proceedings or investigations, if the correction or deletion of your information is subject to our records retention policies and/or applicable laws.
Information that you have volunteered to Weytr, such as reviews, images, comments, may be cached in our systems and stay visible some time after editing or deletion. It might also have been stored, screenshotted by other users or third-parties, which may be reposted in our Services or elsewhere. You consent that Weytr cannot be held liable in these instances.
When you sign up for a Weytr account, you consent to receive emails from Weytr for informational, advertising or communication purposes, including from other Weytr users. Please get in touch with customer support to change your email settings or opt out of receiving commercial email messages. Note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain emails, such as legal notices, service updates and different administrative notices such as receipts and password reset mails. We reserve the right to send you information we deem important, even if you have opted out.
4. How your information is stored and protected
We have implemented and reviewed appropriate procedures on both a hardware and software level to keep your data safe, in accordance with the sensitivity of the data, applicable laws and accepted industry standards. We only work with payment providers that are PCI compliant, meaning that they are validated with the payment card industry standard. We are taking every commercially acceptable means to protect your data, but by using our Services you accept that there is always a risk that a third-party may gain access to the information through unlawful means or through errors. We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control.

Data storage regulations
Weytr stores and processes data on servers across the globe that may adhere to a different set of data protection rules than in the country you are using our Services. While we comply with generally accepted standards of data storage and processing, by using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer of information on servers both in and outside of your country of residence or country of use.
Access by Weytr’s employees
We reserve the right to allow a limited number of Weytr employees unlimited access to personally identifiable information collected from your use of our Services. This is to provide help or information when you need it, to maintain and improve our Services, and to maintain security. No more employees than necessary have access to this information, and they are bound by contract not to reveal any information outside of the Company.
Children under the age of 18
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our services, and we do not intentionally or knowingly collect any information from persons under 18 years of age. Persons under 18 years of age that have used our Services to the extent where data about them is collected have the right to have their data deleted or anonymized completely. If you believe we might have collected any information about a child under 18, please contact us immediately. We have no control over the information gathered by third-parties in such instances. By using our services, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age, or at the legal age in the country of use.
